2021 Award Winners

This year we recognized two ladies who do so much for our Chorus.

Julia Beadle who leads us in so many ways was the Chorus choice for congeniality (Mary Wilson Award).  He smile lights up the room and encourages us each to do our best.

Linda Todd works behind the scenes making sure we are all well.  WIth her humour and compassion for others she is our Sweet Adeline of the Year.

Congratulations ladies!

New Years Eve Celebration

The London Chorus was the Opening Act for a night of exciting Live Entertainment on New Years Eve.

The program, sponsored by the London Music Awards, was jammed packed of local talent performing in the Bandshell at Victoria Park, London, ON

What a fun night!

Chorus Celebrates Christmas

We had a good time celebrating Christmas after dropping off donations of warm winter wear to the Unity Project and singing our favourite songs at the Kensington Nursing Home in London.

Thanks to all who made the yummuy soups, sandwiches and baking! We had a photobooth and some in-house entertainment to round off the night.

A Sweet Adeline for 50 Years!

Marg Toole from the London Chorus is celebrating 50 years of being a Sweet Adeline.

We honoured her at the Regional weekend in Sarnia in early September.

Sweet Adelines International presetned her with her 50 year pin at the International Convention in New Orleans in mid September.

Congratulations Marg!

Visit from our RMT

Leslie Lennon from the Border Lakes Region 2 Management Team came out for a visit to the Chorus in September.  It was great to have here there.

Did you notice Julia's pin for being our Director for over 20 years?  Pretty cool, huh.

London Chorus in the Medals

The London Chorus placed First in the Mid-Size Division and 2nd Overall in the SAI Region 2 Contest last weekend.

Here we are on stage to perform following the contest.

We are SO proud of our performance and would like to thank our Master Director Julia Beadle for her guidance and support.

Thanks to all of our friends and families who cheer us on regularly!

Bring a Friend Night

We enjoyed ourselves at our "Bring a Friend" night last week to celebrate Sweet Adelines Open House.

The Chorus and our Guests learned a new tag, enjoyed a demonstration of the "Cups" song rhythms and a karate demonstration from 2 of our talented members.

The Chorus and our 2 Quartets - Imagine That and Everyday People - entertained our guest with a mini show before viewing the video of our time on the International Stage this past October.

Thanks to the organizers - Anne Norman, Brianna Fenton and Julia Beadle - for a wonderful night.
